Christmas Day
14 And the Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a father's only son, full of grace and truth.
Take some time today to sit quietly and ponder what it means that God became one with humanity--
Write out your questions about this event--
Why? How? Where? When? ....
How is the enfleshed Word a part of you now?
How does he live among us?
Where is God's glory shining now?
Let that glory encircle you and those around you--
Find Christ alive!
Light a candle, turn on a light, smile warmly.
Welcome the babe of Bethlehem, the preaching and teaching Jesus, the triumphant returning Christ of glory!
Merry Christmas to one and all. Peace on earth, good will to men. Amen.
