Jesus answers the skeptic i

How does Jesus answer the skeptic in you? How does he address the skepticism of our world?

Why is the world the way it is? Why is the kingdom not evident? Questions we ask. How do we hear the reply? Listen for a while.

First—we have work to do. Remember the harmony in which creation happens. Day follows night, summer winter, and life death. Our study and searching reveals this balance. We must not allow our power to overshadow this truth. In the existence of a tidal pool the infinite wisdom of the spheres is hidden.

Second—time is a mystery. Even Jesus indicated as a human he too must trust God’s vision. Frustrated at times, often aware that he was not understood he continued to teach of God’s kingdom. So we too must trust and live in conviction of present and future goodness. Tent cities on golden beaches, perhaps a herald. Add your hearings.

Lord Jesus, let us hear. Bless this earth. Amen.
